Interesting article in today’s Guardian: https://bit.ly/3T0GTYa. As an exec coach to first-time CEOs, I tend to spend more time building confidence and suppressing imposter syndrome with my clients – both men and women. The balance of giving off the right level of confidence while still involving others and encouraging help and involvement is something that can be learned. Better that than supreme over-confidence a la Liz Truss and the Dunning-Kruger Effect though!
